Four things we hold to.
The boring part is the product
A demo that works once is easy. What takes the time is the retry logic, the malformed input, the case nobody thought of. That work is where most of the budget goes, and it is the reason the system is still running a year later.
A model is not an answer
Plenty of problems look like AI problems and turn out to be a database query and a rule. We will say so when that is the case, even though the smaller build is worth less to us.
You keep everything
Source code, documentation, infrastructure, credentials. IP assignment is signed before work starts. Nothing is built so that you have to keep paying us to use it.
Weekly, in working form
Progress is shown as software you can click, once a week. Written status updates hide problems; a demo cannot.
