Process
Most projects run 4 to 12 weeks end to end. Nothing here is a surprise, including the parts where we tell you something is not worth building.

Ongoing
TypicalEight to nine weeks from the first call to production. Scope and price are fixed at the end of week one, before any of the build is paid for.
We work out what the system actually has to do, and what it does not. Most of the savings on a project are found here, before anything is written.
Deliverables
The risky part gets built first, in rough form, so we find out early whether the idea holds. You see it working before you commit to the full build.
Deliverables
Weekly demos of working software, not status reports. If something is off course you find out in week two rather than at handover.
Deliverables
Deployed to production with monitoring, alerting and a handover that assumes we will not be there forever.
Deliverables
Real usage always contradicts something in the plan. This is where that gets fixed, based on what the numbers show rather than what we assumed.
